These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how you can use our website and purchase our products.

By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. About Kaleid

Kaleid (Pty) Ltd, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, creates and sells functional beverages designed to inspire better living.

 

2. Using Our Website

Kaleid energy drinks are not recommended for children under the age of 12, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or anyone sensitive to caffeine or the functional ingredients used in our beverages. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the product labels and health disclaimers.

You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage our reputation or interfere with others’ use.

 

3. Products & Availability

We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
All products are subject to availability; items may change or be discontinued without notice. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what you see online.

 

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed via our online store. Payment must be made in full through our secure payment gateway (Walletdoc) before processing.
We accept all payment methods supported by Walletdoc. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with order details.
Kaleid reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases where there is suspected fraud, payment failure, errors in product availability, pricing, or description, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.

 

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time by providing at least 5 business days’ notice before your next billing date. Once cancelled, your subscription account may not be reactivated under the same promotional terms.

 

6. Delivery

We currently deliver within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Gauteng: 1–3 business days

  • National: 3–5 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

 

Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for courier delays. While delivery times are estimates and delays outside our control may occur, Kaleid will ensure that all orders are delivered within 30 days unless otherwise communicated.

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Ensure your delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive the parcel.

 

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

For lost parcels, customers must provide proof from the courier that the item was not delivered. Refunds are processed upon verification. For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 7 days with evidence (photos or courier report).

 

8. Returns & Refunds

For health and safety reasons, due to storage requirements (below 25°C), we cannot accept returns of drinks (whether opened or unopened). Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost.

 

9. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Promotions and special offers are subject to separate terms and may end without notice.

 

10. Product Claims

Our drinks are caffeinated beverages with standard energy drink recommendations:

Not recommended for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those sensitive to caffeine.

Always read labels and follow instructions before consuming.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—text, images, logos, and designs—is owned by Kaleid (Pty) Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaleid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect use, or storage mishandling of products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by South African law. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on our website.
