1. Delivery Areas

Nationwide delivery within South Africa.

 

2. Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Johannesburg & Cape Town: 1–3 business days

  • National: 3–4 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control. Kaleid is not liable for courier delays.

 

3. Delivery Fees

Flat fee calculated at checkout and sent over order invoice.

 

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Email confirmation and tracking details are provided once dispatched.

 

5. Delivery Method

Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Ensure your delivery address is correct and someone is available to receive your parcel.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If your parcel is lost or not delivered, we will work with the courier to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be processed upon verification.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your order is damaged or incorrect, and provide supporting evidence (such as photos).
