Refund policy

1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels

For lost parcels, customers must provide proof from the courier that the item was not delivered. Refunds are processed upon verification. For damaged or incorrect orders, contact us within 14 days with evidence (photos or courier report).

 

2. Returns & Refunds

For health and safety reasons, due to storage requirements, we cannot accept returns of drinks (whether opened or unopened). Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost.
